Handling Returns and Exchanges

Thank you for your continued support for our CapeCodXplore apparel collection!

If you would like to return or exchange any product for a new size, color, or style, or even a quick issuance of a refund or credit, just contact us directly or use the prepaid return shipping label to get the product back to us.

Upon receipt of the product, we will either issue you a refund, credit or ship you a new package. You have up to 30 days to return items purchased online.

How to Package Returns

  • Securely package the apparel(s) in a box with an Invoice # written on the box.
  • Affix your shipping label on the box and make sure all tracking information is visible
  • Drop the package(es) off at UPS or USPS

What Happens When We Receive the Package(s)?

  • We will immediately refund the returnsand apply a credit to your original form of payment.
  • Next, we will send you aproduct receipt and refund confirmation email
  • Please note, your credit card company may take up to 10 business days to show the refund on your credit card.

The purchase price of the merchandise will be credited back to your original method of payment. We will deduct a return postage fee of $7.95 when the prepaid label is used.
